Exploring the Indian Coffee Festival at Jubilee Hills Convention Centre

Today, I had the opportunity to attend the Indian Coffee Festival, which concludes today at the Jubilee Hills Convention Center. As a coffee lover, I was looking forward to this event, and I’m excited to share my experience.

Entry and Parking

The entry process was a breeze. Having pre-booked my ticket on BookMyShow, I just needed to scan my QR code, and a wristband was promptly tied on. A nice touch was the Indian Coffee Festival merchandise available for purchase—T-shirts, aprons, and coffee cups were up for grabs. Naturally, I couldn’t resist and bought myself some coffee cups, which are both stylish and functional!

The event is being held on the first floor, and though the crowd was relatively small, parking was a bit tricky. My advice: skip the hassle and use the valet parking service, especially if you’re heading there later in the day.

Top Stall Recommendations

Here are my must-try picks from the festival:

  1. Edith’s Baking
    • I tried their OG chocolate cookie and jowar banana bread, and both were fantastic! The rich flavors and hearty texture make it stand out even at a coffee festival.
    • Their baked goods, led by Nisha, are worth ordering, and if you miss out today, they’re available on Swiggy.

      • I had their pineapple cold brew—refreshing and unique, and something I’ll be trying again soon.
      • I also discovered their fragrant Ratnagiri beans, which I plan to purchase once available.

          5. Quantana

            • Here’s something cool—Quantana is offering AI-generated fantasy characters based on your picture. It’s a fun and quirky way to create a unique souvenir from the festival.

            6. Selfie Stall

              • Don’t miss this one! As you enter, there’s a beautifully designed table perfect for selfies, though it’s easy to overlook. Definitely a great spot to get that Instagram-worthy snap.

              What Else to Check Out

In addition to the stalls, there are several showcasing coffee machines, ceramics, and art pieces that are worth browsing.

While the crowd was still warming up earlier in the day, the event organizers mentioned that things would get more festive around 4 PM, with live music and more food stalls coming alive. So if you’re planning to visit, aim for the late afternoon.

              Final Thoughts

The Indian Coffee Festival is a must-visit for coffee aficionados. Whether you’re looking to try some unique brews, grab some coffee-themed merchandise, or just soak in the vibe, this is the place to be. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the stalls, tasting different varieties, and of course, the delightful baked goods. So, if you’re around Jubilee Hills, make sure to swing by before it wraps up!
